Mosaicofmankind.com requires some personal details in order for you to sign up for a profile.  The following policy governs the use of these details.

Your e-mail address:
Mosaicofmankind.com values your privacy, and we have strict guidelines on the use of your e-mail address.  You will be contacted by Mosaicofmankind.com from time to time in order to perform the expected functions and to administrate your account.  This includes at least one e-mail as part of the sign up process.  You may have to mark ‘info@mosaicofmankind.com’ as an allowed sender address in your spam filter in order to receive this and other e-mails.

By signing up for a profile on Mosaicofmankind.com you automatically agree to receive monthly updates on the progress of the Mosaic, however as required by law, you will be given the ability to opt out of this newsletter at any time.

In addition to the monthly newsletter you may be contacted from time to time when there is news that may be of interest to you specifically, for example, when there are only a few spaces left on your chosen puzzle, or when your puzzle is full, the Mosaic is full, the Mosaic is on public display somewhere near you, etc.

Your e-mail address information will NOT be given to third parties unless (as explained below) required by law or requested by you.  You will NOT be added to mailing lists except the one already mentioned above unless you specifically chose to opt in to them, and you will NOT receive third-party advertising to your e-mail address, although the Mosaicofmankind.com newsletter and occasional other mailings to you may contain third party advertisements.

Sharing of information:
Mosaicofmankind.com will not share your personal information, or any information from which you can be personally identified without your express permission, or unless required to do so by law, or in the event of a suspected breach of the ‘Terms and Conditions’.  (For example, suspected copyright breach.)

By signing up for a profile on Mosaicofmankind.com, you give express permission for the details you provide to be displayed in the ‘view mosaic’, ‘view profile’, ‘search’ and other relevant pages.  This is necessary in order for Mosaicofmankind.com to perform it’s expected function.  Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ for more details.

If you chose to click on an advertisement from a third party, located on Mosaicofmankind.com, you acknowledge that the use of any and all data which you provide to that third party, including any data (IP addresses for example) which Mosaicofmankind.com is obliged to provide in order for that sponsored link to perform it’s function, is subject to that third parties privacy policy, which may or may not be different from Mosaicofmankind.com’s privacy policy.

Mosaicofmankind.com discourages people from providing personal addresses, or location information more specific than your town/city.  In the event that you do chose to enter such information into your profile, Mosaicofmankind.com make no guarantee that such information will be removed from your profile before it is displayed, if at all, and you agree to indemnify Mosaicofmankind.com from any and all consequences of your choice to publicly provide that information.

Credit card details:
Payments made on Mosaicofmankind.com are directed through a payment gateway and provided to a registered bank in Australia.  This is necessary in order for the payments to be made.  No credit card details are kept by Mosaicofmankind.com!!!  Once the payment is made, all credit card details are discarded.  This means that you will have to proceed through the entire payment process every time you chose to do business with Mosaicofmankind.com, but this is a small price to pay for the security of you details.
